2. Easy
3. No, but have carried while hiking/sweating and no issues.

It will sharpen good.

The corrison resistance is stain "less" not stain proof.

The Nitrogen is being used to boost the matrix hardness rather than being used to help with corrison.

it is a good knife steel, all around, with around 16% chrome, corrosion resistance is better than average
