A little background first.Last year Bob Rossduetscher and I hosted a Hammer-in up here in NE Illinois.I have a small tavern with an adjoining park on the Fox River.Well, even though we through it together pretty quick, the event turned out great, not only for myself and Bob,but all the other makers that came out,and all the locals who really didn't know much about custom knives. As it turns out theres a gentleman that frequents the tavern that also happens to be a collector. He collects mainly firearms, but he told me he has some knives, and collects just about anything that peaks his interest enough. He also likes his collections on the large size.It just so happens that he has a small collection of anvils. This one here is possibly the world's largest, and it will likely be at our next Hammer-in this summer.Perhaps we could make the worlds largest knife on it?
