This is in like new condition. The blade and handles have no scratches, wear marks, etc. The T-latch is the only part with some minor cosmetic blems. MOLLE compatable nylon sheath is included.

it's a hybrid 42?
Tlatch model are made with sandvik 12c27 and 440C for the blade and never with 154CM steel.
 
Replacement blade from BM. Note the blade has the zen pin cutouts.

Still a nice looking knife. Good luck with sale.

I don't know much about these, got it in a trade and need to sell it. How/why would benchmade replace the blade?

Because the original was used/abused or if the original owner just felt like coughing up $35 + S&H to replace a perfectly good blade.
 
No, if the blade was replaced then it's NEW, not refurbished. The handles are new and the original titanium ones.
 
New would mean that the knife is in the original condition it left the factory in. If the blade has been replaced than the knife is refurbished, even if that blade is new.
