The Spyderco Cricket is and has been one of my favorite small pocket knives. They make great money clips and are dandy cutters. It seems like more knife than what it looks like. Don't let it's smallish dimensions sway you. :thumbup:
Love the look and the handles. If I collect them, I can see me with something like this. But for my first knife, there were practical considerations that this size would not allow, but this is the third time I opened the thread to gaze
There is one on World Knives called Maserin Bocote Wood Turtle Liner Lock knife which I debated about for hours before deciding on this one. I have a larger Kershaw I keep in my car and wanted this small one for my pocket. Lost my last one, or left it at a recycle place where I used it to cut cardboard boxes and left it laying there and it was gone when I thought of it.
The blade looks really cool. I'd like to see one of those at about 3in with FRN and back lock. It looks to combine the advantages of a hawkbill and a traditional blade.
I find it surprisingly ergonomic. Obviously the blade shape limits its potential applications, but for those applications it kicks a fair amount of ass considering how small it is.
