My uncle passed away over the holiday and we were goinng threw his stuff and i found and old knife blade without a handle on it .he was into making knife alot I want to get it cleaned and a Handle put on it for to give to my dad (his brother) I have no clue how to get this done any advice would help tons thanks

Include some pics or at least describe the dimensions and if it's a stick tang or full tang etc.
