hmmm... when I click on the link the pictures show up. Square Peg
the multi-tool is a hatchet/hammer/pick device...so, maybe
multi-tool is mis-leading.

Looks very similar to a patent belonging to Willis F. Hobbs (founder
of the Bridgeport HDWE. MFG, Corp.). Sometime in the early 1900's.
He held many patents.

This one is an intermediate model between these two Willis F Hobbs patents from 1912 and 1914.
