I just got my hands on a used BAS with the initials R.R. with a swastika underneath on the 'right side'...could be Raju Rasaili from Dharan (?). Can anyone give up any information on him?. I'm guessing he worked before Uncle Bill's passing, as there are no U.B. markings on the blade. Any info would be appreciated. Anyone else have a blade from this Kami?
I'll be here, just trying to get a malformation out of the sweet spot. Thanks

From yet another thread:

As I understand, the "Railroad" kami's real name is Raju Rasaili and has the initials of "RR", aka "Amtrak" and has always used the flyflot (the actual name of the symbol, not swastika...the arms are in opposite directions and meanings *totally* different).

There you have it, cop911.
It is an early model, from back when the kami marks were done in english script.
Thank you for the great help steve!

As a side note, Amtrak (always loved that little nickname Uncle Bill gave him:D) did fantastic work. I have a 20.5" 20.5oz Kobra by him that I find to be the quintessential specimen of that model. I actually prefer his take on the 20" version over the 25" Kobra I have made by Kumar himself

I appreciate the information from all. So I have an earlier khukri. Any idea as to a time frame for this Kami?
