LILE SlyII knife price check and sheath question?

I have a Jimmy Lile Rambo SlyII knife. non numbered 9 in blade 12 tooth has a web type sheath and a fire starter and compass in the handle cap. no number except inside the handlde at blade base either 87 or 89 . and has a wood case with plate.
The knife was originally purchased at the 1985 S.H.O.T. Show by a corporate gun buyer for Fleet / Farm of Wisconsin. I have done some research but what is throwing me off is the web sheath all others I have seen have leather . Wondering what i have and what it is worth.
