If you could pick any Benchmade knife, ANY Benchmade knife at all, and make it into a Limited Edition with a new handle type, blade coating or finish, blade steel, or any little changes, what would they be?
You can pick multiple knives. Leave this question to your imagination, any BM knife at all.

Maybe we can get some votes or ideas built up and get some of our wishes!

Mine:
BM 750 Pinnacle - Higher grade steel, D2 maybe? Stone Wash and black finish available on blade. Keep the all ti handles, tip up clip option, dual thumb studs, Bronze washers instead of the teflon material.

BM 550HG Griptilian - Blue G-10(maybe a Blade HQ Exclusive?), thinner than the normal grip scales, m390 blade, Stonewash or black finish.

BM 790 Subrosa - Manual action, All ti still, M4 blade, Tip up clip, dual thumb studs, stone wash and black blade options.

I'll come up with more later. =]

Ah, glad to see you aren't typing every word with caps man!

I'd like to see a 940 FFG, silver twill, polished hardware,
m4 uncoated.

950, m4, cf handle polished hardware... Wait, never mind, I have that one :D

741, m390, better thumb grooves in the ironwood handle.

880 axis lock, m390 steel.

300sn, no flipper, smooth black blue handles.

Contego, uncoated m4, redesigned and smooth, maybe peelply handle, no glass breaker, no jimping.

I haven't done that for a very long time.
Just the title, to kind of exclaim it.
^^ That 940 sounds awesome. =]

I would love to see a lot of Benchmade knives in a FFG.

I truly wish they would do a revamped version of the older Benchmade Boguszewski spike models 640 & 650. Something like a Titanium handle and a newer supersteel blade or a good reliable tool steel blade. Those are 2 models I cut my teeth on and I still love them dearly. I'm currently EDCing my model 640 for a while and I'm liking it a lot.

Also some of their older Tanto blades with newer, update and revamped materials would be interesting.

940 with grey bead-blasted titanium scales, gold anodized backspacer, and stonewashed m390.

710 with smooth G10 handles, chromed aluminum front bolsters (ala M390 Barrage), and S30v blade.

Griptillian with micarta handles, open pillar construction, and S35v blade.

552 w/ textured g10 scales in m390 black and polished
275 in m4
375 in m390 without the weird serrations on the spine
520 in peel-ply g10 and m390 or even s30v
94x in m390
73x .........

I could continue but I don't want to ask for the moon AND stars.

707, change the aluminum to titanium, then put CF or micarta inlays and top it off with M4, M390 or maybe even s90v

A lot of these sound really great.
I'd love a 555 Mini in M390 and updated scales. Don't get me wrong, the noryl doesn't really bother me as I've gotten used to it, it just happens to be one of my least favorite materials lol.
I love the weight factor, but don't like the feel over G-10, Micarta, CF, etc.

My favorites are the 913 Stryker, 730 Ares, 890 Torrent and 581 Barrage. The 581 already comes about as nice as I can imagine for a user so take it out.

Of the other 3, the 730 and 913 have similar blade profiles. I would like that blade shape in a length of about 3.9" and M4 steel. The 730 is a bit heavy compared to the other 2, maybe have a weight about halfway between the 913 and 730. I like the contoured semi-smooth scales of the 890 so add some of that contouring to the 913. The clip must be tip-down. I like the assist of the stryker which means that the knife must be liner lock. And lastly for best use of the assist the thumb notch in the scale must be positioned just right and be deep enough to be effective, and the thumb stud should be big enough to be easy to hit, on the strong side only.

Combine all of these things and you would have the perfect knife for me.

It's hard, already owning so many classics; but yes I'd love an updated Pinnacle with a modernized G-10 non locking side, M390 or S35VN steel, bushings in PB, and standoffs, no full spacer. And If there ever was a 94x in standard G-10 and the same two blade steels mentioned above, only then would I consider one.

A full size Ritter with a satin M390 blade.
For me no fancy scales are necessary. ;)
I would like a matching set though, so a mini would be in order.

300SN with redesigned flipper and bearings in the pivot, and different handle material. Maybe carbon fiber, maybe titanium.

Actually, any Benchmade with bearings in the pivot. I'm curious about that.
