Since I know you all like to hear about boutique runs, it should be noted that we finished up and shipped a very short run of Blue Blur's yesterday. They should be hitting the streets in a week or so. They looked awesome.

There were 200 pieces each of the following Blue Blurs produced:

1670BL - 13C26, bead blast finish, plain edge
1670BLST - 13C26, bead blast finish, combo edge
1670BLBLKST - 13C26, Black DLC coating, combo edge

So all you Blur fanatics have another choice to consider.

I'll have images on Tuesday when I'm back in the office.

I don't hvae a Blur, God knows I don't need one. I should probably try to get one of these tho, just so I don't kick myself later. Will these be marked in anyway to show that it was a limited run?

or two. i could always buy another sg2 blur and then the black combo bladed blur can be switched with the sg2. the earth brown suits a black blade and the sg2 would look sick with a blue blade.

don't suppose you'd be willing to mock up a few picks for us do add to our knife porn, eh thomas?

damn, and i was just preparing to save for a MUDD....i almost forgot about my blur collection.
 
Thanks for the heads up. I'll start calling and finding out who's going to have one when the stores open tuesday AM. Still stinging from letting the S60 blur get by me! Joe
 
How about an orange one in the future if you are taking requests! Black or bead blast plain blade please! :D

just heard back from mary-beth at NGK. i got two in the pipeline one black and one PE bead blast. they look sweet thomas. thanks for these. i know they are mostly for us since we buy them all before the general market knows they are available.

thanks again thomas. now if we can just revive the TI-ZDP mini cyclone with either an olive drab anodized Ti handle or a blue anodized Ti handle i'd be able to completely kill my bank accounts. :)
 
OK, this is a knife i must have...PERIOD! how many did you say were going to be produced? and will my local shop get a few in :D ?
