Limited Edition Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Emerson Knife

This may have been previously discussed, but I believe the Gracie/Emerson knife is is a mini-15 with Gracie markings on the blade. Other than the limited run of 81 to 100, are there any other distinctive features of this knife?
