New to forum. While at a recent Fair I picked up the following: Grand Dads Old Timer II Limited Edition. Serial Number 05436. I paid 40.00 dollars. I have been putting it in my pocket and using it as intended a pocket knife. I quess the question is should it be in my gun cabinet and saved for my grandson? No box or certificate was with it at time of purchase.

Old Soldier,
If you like the knife and it fits well in your pocket, keep right on using it. After all thats what it was made for. Get the grandkid another one. There are still quite a few out there. Nice knives aint they!.

My son had the pick of my collection and thankfully(:D ) settled on an cleaned up old Coast (Buck/Schrade clone made in Japan) for a pocket knife and has a few keepers put up. He hasnt developed the need to have a hundred to use yet.
The 4 girls love the little Century's with the youngest also finding a scrim she loves.

I don't know the value, but since it's already been used and carried I'd just keep using it.

Best Wishes,
