Hey guys (or gals),

I don’t know much about axes, but I recently found this in my folks house. Two quick questions, any thoughts on how much it’s worth?

Also, I was thinking about restoring it. Good idea or bad idea? If it’s a rare piece I didn’t know if it would be better to keep it in it’s original condition.
