Linear Locking knives in Canada

I was wondering if these knives could be considered either a gravity knife opening from will centrifugal force in Canada. I read an article from another post in here where in NY it was found that linear locking knives were classified as gravity knives, and was wondering if there were similar rulings in Canada? The knife I am wondering about specifically is the Gerber AR, but any insight would be appreciated.

1. Centrifugal force has nothing to do with it.

2. What's going on in New York is criminal behavior on the part of the Police, prosecutors and activist judges.

3. Modern knives are not gravity knives.

The reason I was asking about centrifugal force was that I have seen this knife and it is very easy to flick open. While what really would be opening the blade would be inertia from suddenly stopping, it seems that this may have been behind the New York ruling, and was wondering if this same interpretation has been argued one way or another in Canada

even though it might be a very smooth action, the lock and mechanism is legal.
