I was gifted aboout 31 foot of this old natural linen micarta circa 1994-1998was what I was told. Also may have access to a whole pallet of it soon. It's 3.375" wide and .625" thick
I was very excited about getting this and had to tell someone about it!
 
Wow..... That's fricken Awesome.... Super Jealous!!!
 
Figure out a way to cut mortices in it to make mortice hidden tangs and you may never go back to full tangs. That is more than thick enough to make really nice sculpted handles. Good score!
