How is the liner lock fit on the Great Eastern knives? Thinking of purchasing one and don't want to get a model with the lock if it is poorly fitted. Thanks

:)

Liner lock works great! I've had 3, and all had no play open. I just don't really like the exposed tab.

I have 2, I like the security of the lock and you can definately hear it when you open the blade.... clunk. No blade play at all on mine, very tight.

They are very critical at the factory on the tight lockup. If they have play they go directly to the "EDC" pile; which are sold at a steep discount.

Totally solid, I think the No.73 will work as a slipjoint if the liner is removed, both the spring and the lock are very well-made.
