I sent in a karambit for sharpening a few years ago. The lockup was "late" but still very functional. They sharpened the blade AND replaced the titanium liner without my asking. Free, of course. Got it back in 10 days. Emerson customer service rocks.
My oldest Ti liner lock is a Benchmade Mini Stryker. Still functions normal after about 20yrs. My guess is there aren't many in need of replacement. Must be more isolated to the pre- "steel insert" titanium framelocks on the market.
