Ok so i posted this before about having problems with my leek g-10 liner lock and the lock is just horrible. I have tried everything you can think of. The only way I will get no play out of it or have it "slip" is to tighten the pivot up to where it wont even open the knife. I just don't know and I think I am going to have to send it back to Kershaw :grumpy:. Has anyone else had any problem of this sort? It is almost like the liner is not moving far enough over to get a really good lock up.

Either send it in or call/email them and ask for a new lock side liner. With a new liner in hand it should be a pretty easy fix assuming the lock interface on the tang isn't damaged.

I had a problem with an early S30v Random Leek. It wasn't an EDC, so I took it apart and gave the--in this case "frame--lock" a more extreme bend. No problems since.

Personally I'd send it in. Email.them first, and ask that they look at the lock/tang interface.

Take DV's advice and send it in. You'll be less stressed,
you'll have the knife back pretty damn fast and your
fingers will thank you for it. ;)
