So i have a problem with my mini CQC-7. It seems like my liner is having play up and down and it kinda slips over and I'm somewhat worried about this. Does anybody else have this problem?

I would call Emerson first thing Monday and send it in for evaluation. They are local to me and the service has always been a step above.

Poop. I was hoping it wouldn't come to that cause I'm trying to save money for a new CQC-8.
Do you know how much it costs to get it there and back? If its too much I'll just get it rebladed while I'm at it.

IIRC its $19 return shipping. New blades are $120. I just went through both within the last 6 months with my cqc 7bt.

Have you tried taking the knife apart and cleaning it? Make sure the liner face is nice and clean to make sure something isn't making it slip.

Yeah I've cleaned it and checked every nook and cranny. It feels like the liner just doesn't want to engage and when it engages it's at like 85%

Before you get all excited...that's for sharpening return shipping. Warranty return shipping is only $14. IDK why there is a difference.
