Hello friends, if You let me, I would like to show You how I do my work. There aren´t all steps but I belive that You will see all important.

There is used PM RWL 34 steel with cryo HT, measured hardness value is 61-62RC

hello friends, thanks for Your comments, here is my today progress on handle. Blade, pocket clip and surface finishing is planed for tomorrow, but my planes are nothig against the reality :-D


detent hole drilling with TK drill bits

making of pivot collars. If I do work for lathe on my mill, then is it milling or latheing? :-D :-D :-D

working with scales. Used wood is Bruyerre, it is after Ironwood my second most favorit wood. Finished will fanstastic

And the last step for today, rough grinding of scales.
