Liners

Does anybody know how to remove those liners on the micarta scales like those found on ESEE or TOPS knives?

If they don't simply pop off I'd bet they're held with epoxy and you're stuck with them. Try thumping the loose liner on a table. Should pop them off if they're not glued together.

Yeag they are stuck on there sadly.
