Go to Imgur and log in. Go to the picture you want and click it. On the right are copy and paste links. Choose the one labelled BB code and click COPY. Go to your BF post and paste in the link.

If you want to paste multiple pictures then go to the next pic you want on Imgur and repeat the process.
