Lion steel BBR1 from BASTINELLI creation

:o just a bit much with the music and skulls. does the hole or studs engage the sheath to make it open like a wave?

I dig the grim reaper motif.

The blade profile itself reminds me of the original Fred Perrin Street Bowie.

I love the version on the far left when he's holding the four up...the one with the spydie hole and stripping on the blade...movie is a tad much though.

Not once did I see the knife scamper away after being deployed. :D;)
(sorry, I couldn't resist - IT'S JUST A JOKE)

:D A good one

I agree with you all of you for the demo... CS video are maybe too popular here !!!

The knifemaker is a disciple of Fred Perrin, the BBR1 is the folder version of one of his famous fixed blade (BB Raptor), with a lion stell production I think it'll be a nice tacticool/hunting knife !

Regards.

I'm pretty sure it was the design of the sheath that did that. :)

Bastinelli certainly did NOT learn how to make knives with Fred Perrin!!!!

The only thing he is learning from Perrin is his "self-defense" techniques ACDS.

I knew I saw Perrin's influence in the design!

Any more info about how the knife waves open without a wave?

I will release more info here once we will have finalised the details with LionSteel.

This is an OEM project and one thing that we don't want. is under deliver. I am sure all of you here will appreciate this.

Thank you for your feedback we will take them into account ;)

Looks to be a function of the triangular thumb ramp and the sheath. It looks like that hump grabs the sheath as it's drawn and whips it open.

If you'll notice towards the end when he pulls it from his pocket, it does not wave open.

Oups ! My mistake, pardon Monsieur :o
But I know one thing: BASTINELLI creations are pure quality with original design !
Don't forget this name, you'll heard a lot of good thing from this guy. He's passionate by his job and like to share his knowledge !

Regards

I look forward to hearing more about this knife when you get all the details worked out. I'm definitely interested in purchasing one. Thanks!
