I've got a Lion Steel SR-1 that I am very happy with and love to carry as my EDC blade. The blade is slightly off center toward the non-locking side and can be made slightly better by adjusting the pivot, which gets rid of most of it. However, a small amount still remains, not enough to really worry about or send it off yet because I've heard that their customer service can be a pain to get in touch with (possible send off at some point in the future). I'm more wondering what could be the cause of this issue, I'm thinking possibly something related to the tension of the lock bar and if I should even worry with sending it off for repair at some point in the future (when I can prevent myself from carrying all the time).

If it's a user and the blade don't scuff the frame, Don't worry about it.
As far as why this happens, Could be the way the pivot hole was drilled in the frame, Especially on an Integral or the way the Hole was drilled in the blade. A tiny bit off on either will cause a non centered blade.
