Lionspy Tool?

How do you take apart a Lionspy? All the screws are out but the handles won't come apart....

Bump. I'm wondering about this, too. Also, the pivot screw on the titanium side does not move, at all. Is it supposed to? I'd like some advice on disassembling this knife if anybody has tried it.
