Lionsteel knives and 440C?

Their 440C works well enough in my experience. 440C done right is decent midrange, with a good "bite" when cutting.

I have two Operas, a Mini and some lock back folders from Lionsteel.

The Opera is my favorite EDC knife.
Opera and Mini are well build and both have a nice design IMO.
Quality of the lock backs is so-so.
They do what they are supposed to do but fit and finish isn’t as good
as of the Opera or the Mini.

I don’t bother that much about steel.
440C works fine for my needs, so I agree with Dagon here.

Thanks gents!

I've got my eye on this knife....

LionSteel does a great job on their knives.

Many of their products are marketed under the Fox name here in The States.

Lion Steel works well, we have all of our MCKF marked knives made by them and they come out nice, SR-1 included

the 440C is good but just 440C

the MCKF 2 (above) fixed knife is also available in CALMAX carbon steel and 5mm thickness, tough knife!

they are 3rd party makers, the above posted MCKF PX folder is made for Fox cutlery by Lion Steel, N690co and a higher price
they also make the hossom line for spyderco, the spyfox, many crkt knives and sig sauer knives,..

Mike, nice to see you here too
