Lionsteel out of business?

Hello all, I purchased a Lionsteel ROK about a month ago. On the positive side, it is a beautiful knife. On the negative side it is so stiff that one handed deployment is not possible. To make matters worse, I contact the company 3 times at care@lionsteel.it. No reply other than the generic "we received your message and we'll be right back to you". It's gone on long enough that I can't really chalk it up to the Holidays or staff shortages. Does anyone know if they are out of business?

And since it's the framelock, try gripping the knife very lightly when you open it... on some knives the lock bar makes one handed opening very stiff, irrespective of pivot. I had this happen on a Lionsteel / James Williams folder.

Title change is in order. As it stands, it is inaccurate click bait. No way they are out of business. They were just at Shot show introducing new product.

I wish they’d come out with that M6 already…
