I believe that the lock on a D/A OTF is called a Tab Lock, but I'm not sure.

I'm familiar with most of these, but what's a thumb stud lock? I know on the umnumzaan the thumb stud acts as a stopper, but how would that work for the other direction? also which of these are ambidextrous?

Stud-lock => Kershaws (Speed / Spec Bump, Mini Mojo)

There once also was CRKT's Michael Walker BladeLock. Sounds awfully similar to Stud-Lock

As for the Tab Lock, it is a liner lock where the lock doubles as a stop. You can find very good pictures of a Bob Dozier folder with that lock here:
