Is there an area that has a list of members and their profiles that I could scroll through? Is a click on the profile button for each members post my only option?

I'd prefer that no list was available. I don't mind people knowing my email address, but making all of them available as a list could make it really easy for someone to add us all to a spam list. At least now, they'd have to do a lot more to do this.

Excellant point. Being in a geographic region that is not targeted by spammers and e-marketers I don't think of such things.

Your answer seems to leave the door open for a possibility of such a list. Maybe just their names and a button to click to access their profile? At least something easier than wading through several posts to find someone you want to email.
