What does everyone think about starting a thread that would list all catalog / model numbers for odd 112s....Im seeing a lot on -bay ect that I cant find on ANY list, like the green handled ones that just showed up...Sort of a "What did you cut today" thread....The info on the end ofthe box ,breif decription ect..I KNOW!!! many of yall have some neat, neat ones MABE even other models too ????

Bucksway,
Let me challenge you, I am working on a pictorial descriptions, of 313 Muskrats, and then will move to other 300s for the BCC website. Why don't you get your idea going, collect the photos in some simple order and offer them to the website under the 112 heading. You don't have to be a PHd just a brief description for each picture or two. I will photo some of the first couple of versions to get you started. 300$s

My religion doesn't celebrate Christmas or Easter...

I'm a Druid...

We celebrate Arbor Day... :D

OK Bucksway,

Here is your start. 112 Version 2, Variation 2, Micarta

This would make a good read on the BCCI!

Thanks for those pics 300. I always have trouble with Segua versus the other woods on my old 110/112's. Maybe this will help me separate them.

PR,
Check Offical Picture Thread, Pg.33 for me comparing 3 different 112 scales, and then P. 29, Post 569 where Scott is giving the Segua wood id class....300$s

Here are some 112-GR, I was told when buck moved to post falls they had a
run of these made up and gave one to each person that had worked on their
new houses, i don't know how many were made, I have a few left, most are stamped Buck anvil(symbol) custom u.s.a. and two are stamped Buck 112 sideway T u.s.a.

What I was looking for was not photos, but a simple listing of the catolog number thats on the end of the box....Photos are reaaaaaaaallllllllllly slow/pain to load....I was thinking that just a really breif decsription would let us know whats out there...

Honesttom,I love that green! The only 2 ive ever seen for sale ,the first went for 40.00 like a year ago and the most recent for 82.00 {I think} Yours are a perfect example of rare/odd 112s that dont show up on any list Ive found..But mabe I havent found the right list!!!!!!!!!!

OK, Then with some help from others I will just do the picture thing for BCC myself, someone else add the list. I have only 5, so will have to have help from everyone. We might as well just start from the beginning. Someone will have to take a photo of Version 1 and Version 2, Variation 1 that should get us going with most of the first half dozen. 412$s

that they may have only made 300!!! but no one knows for sure...
chuck told me once that some times they were jestn too concerned with makeing payroll and tith to pay some one to docutment and keep up on the paper work ...

If everyone has a piece of the puzzle, I'm confident 300$s can put it all together. Information made available to the Buck Collectors Club, can only help the Club to be an enjoyable experience for all involved.

The end of the box reads 112-GR and the bar code is
0 33753 00029 4
The handle material is green dyed wood

Wish I'd seen this a month ago, before clearing out all of my 112s. I'm thinking there were almost 20 different box end markings. Also, I had at least one (and I'm remembering two) marked only "BUCK USA" with wood handles. It was always my impression that Buck employees sat around on Friday nights scheming on weird 112 variations to make . . .
