Riley looks like you had a good time thanks for the pic's. I like the carbon steel trapper If you ever get bored with it I know some one who will take it off your hands LOL.:D

Looks like a great outing. That toolset covers the bases. Nice trapper.

Mike Cool beans man never knew you for a slippy man.... I prefer a stockman myself but that trapper's got something special about it.

Hey Riley
I've always had a fondness for slipjoint's when i was a kid that was what a pocket knife was.there weren't that many locking folders around, maybe the buck 110 and one or two others, but i never saw one. so slip joints were it.
I carry a large Puma stockman every day.in my pocket reguardless of what else i'am carring, usually boker 2000 or
Puma 970 Game Warden on my belt and BM 940 osborne clipped to my pocket
When i head to the woods I'LL switch out the stockman for my old schrade buzz saw trapper, and a sheath knife lately a bravo-1 or the Gunny.

PS If I know i'am going to be out for the day or overnight i'll bring a hand axe. (Shelter,Fire,)

That wool shirt looks like it fits you well!! Much better then it fit me. Thanks for the pics and video!

fantastic! I like the basic setup too!

Nice set up man and a nice view. I have a three day trip planned to GW Natty Forest in three weeks and it cannot come fast enough!! Thanks for the pic's.

I bet it was uncle bens prepared rice in the cheddar and broc. I love those flavored parboiled rice packages, one of my fav. trailfoods as well. I dehydrate cooked chicken and bring an ounce or two to throw in at the start.

good pics and I don't think I have ever made a functional eating tool that fast, EXCEPT my patent pending wilderness chopsticks that I am famous for.
