little grinder

Looks kind of like a kitchen appliance :D
I havn't heard much good about the newer Black&Decker tools.

The fella said it takes a 3"x 24" belt. I don't think I've ever seen a belt that size. I thought it might be good for someone starting out though, oh well.

It might make a good variable speed power unit for a shop made small wheel grinder that uses 1" belts. That reminds me I need to finish mine. Its only $5 so far.

I've seen several B+D power tools that I could stop with finger pressure-and I'm a big sissy....

I was thinking maybe I could convert it to a 1x30, like Bruce said and give it to Tess to do her sheath edges. She's got ther own shop, now she wants her own tools........she's as bad as the rest of us!
;)

J, the belts are the same size as the B&D wood finish electric sander. I have 2 of the motorless units, need to add a drill motor and you have a variable speed sharpener-grinder. They are handy little things in the shop, when less is better than 2X72.
