Little help identifying a tree.

This may end up being obvious, but I'm stumped at the moment. Can someone tell me what this is? It's the only one on my land as far as I know, and I can't place it.

Leaves are solitary, smooth edged, opposite branching, heart shaped, and pretty big.

Fruit, in it's current state, is sticky with a velvety cap.
