little help resetting password?

Got bumped out of actual account (bdubbs) forgot password and ive sent multiple requests to change password with no luck. Set this account up to see what’s next?
 
I’m not getting any notification to reset password in my email associated with my bdubbs account so not sure what’s going on or how to fix it.
