I like it.
I never would have designed the bolster angle / finger guard like that,
straight next to a curve,
but shows you what I know about design!
I like the contrast a lot. Fit and finish looks good from your photos.

Do you make Japanese jinto knives?

Actually it's my version of french chef's knife using the japanese technology on blade. Before I even started on steel, I cut the design out of thick cardboard and gave it to my wife (she's an excellent cook) to test "cut". 4 major changes later this little but potent kitchen fighter was born and approved to be cast in metal and wood. I personally think that design of the french chef knife is the pinnacle of kitchen cutlery tech.
 
That looks like it would be perfect for my kitchen uses!
