My daughter wanted to show off her growing collection. Her first was the pink SAK. Then, at Blade, she saw the Damascus Lady Case in a collector's display, and went ga-ga over it. She and her Mom had to go on a quest among all the dealer tables to find one for sale. We all know about that. ;) The other SAK was added on our vacation last week, when we stopped at Smoky Mountain Knife Works.

I added resinwife's Flame Warden for some Busse content.

My daughter is envious you your daughter's knives....all Alyssa has are 2 wee Kuks that were sent with 2 larger ones I ordered.

I agree with what everyone else has said--awesome start with some awesome knives. So how old is she that she has such a great collection?

What??? Resingirl has no INFI?

That's not right... :(

ResinGirl is a heartbreaker and there is no doubt that once she bats her big eyes at Mommy and Daddy that she'll have all of the INFI that she can handle!!!

Poor GravelPork is in the same boat. . . .Oh yeah. . . I'm in that boat as well with Katie. . . :D

Alyssa is going to get the 3 Prototypes......as soon as she is strong enough to hold all that INFI!!!

Alyssa was inspired by Amy's Pink handled beauty.....but I can't in my right mind order a pink blade....I would be shunned as an outcast!;):D

a girl who digs knives?? you need to set her up with a bfc account now!!

that slippie is cool!!!!

Right on! I've gotten both of my girls knives, the youngest has a little bit of a Benchmade collection going on. Pass it on brother!

Resingirl appreciates all the kind words. She is nine. Here she is with her good friend. Amy, you better watch out, she might be after your pink knife. :p

Resinguy, your daughter is remarkably similar in appearance to my daughter, named Ruby. Ruby doesn't wear glasses, but if she did, they could probably convince others that they are twins, or at least siblings. Ruby is seven-and-a-half. The photo below was taken on August 22nd at Mount Rushmore:

And yes, Ruby likes to fondle my knives, and she is particularly fond of the larger Busses.

well as long as were showin-em off, my 7 year old hs a Dogfather !!

My 13 year old daughter, Linda has a few pink knives. She would love little Resin girl's collection. My 16 year old, Bonnie is more "gothic". She likes kukris and Bowies. Whenever I get a knife with the handle too small for my hands, Linda usually claims it. As for the kukris and bowies, Bonnie finds them in the catalogs I throw away and asks for them. She has a thing for Spanish-made bowies and Windlass Kukris.

Guy,
Resingirl has a great collection. Be sure to congratulate her for me. Those pink lanyards fit right in.

Here is my 6 year old, she has an anti-aircraft gun ;) (and the wind caught her hair just as I took the pic )

You have to be very careful around a woman wielding an antiaircraft gun

Great pics all! :D

I also resemble 'that remark.' My little girls aren't so little anymore...but they've got the sharp stuff!!

Now...if I can just talk them into a granddaughter or three...:D
