Little rock review, or is that preview

Hi Folks Back from Little Rock what a great time we all had. The weather could have been a bit better and I think that keep some folks from coming, but for those of us that went anyway a good time was had. For some makers sales where down a bit from years past that was what I was getting from folks as I walked around on Sunday. Other folks had a great show like most years at little rock. Friday night was rocking and the competition tables where brimming over with fine knives. This show is different from most shows on how the voting goes and I wish more shows did it like this. Each table holder gets a vote in each category you can even vote for yourself if you truly believe your knife is the best one but it is just one vote. if I win in little Rock it means the world to me as it is my peers and friends saying this is the best knife on the table so congrats to all my peers and friends that won in little rock. the competition was fierce and if you voted for my Bowie thank you. There will be good pics of my bowie coming soon but this is what I put on the bowie table. Lorien you should like this as you guessed it without knowing its a Stag take down ball guard split ring all damascus is Flying Dragons.



I look forward to next year and better weather. Mike had a great Show and we all got to see his push dagger, the first knife to show his MS stamp it was killer he brought Antoinette with him it was great to hang out and get to know her a bit better.

Nice photos.
If I were able to travel the country to take in knife shows, The Little Rock Show would be near the top of the list.

Thanks Dave, for the candid photos of the show. I was hoping that someone would step up with some. Usually we can depend on Calib for them but he was a tad busy this year.:D

To win "Best Bowie" in Arkansas which is "Bowie Country" is indeed an accomplishment. You're an inspiration to the rest of us.

Dave, great report and pics. I sure enjoyed this show and love my new bowie with your new pattern (exploding dragons??). Will take and share pics soon.
 
Thanks again folks and Mark thank you I look forward to your pics of the little bowie and I call that pattern Dragon thunder but your right they do look like they are exploding thus the Dragon thunder is created by the exploding. Cliff thank you but I must set the record straight it was Lin that won best Bowie last year but I won best fighter 2014 it was 2013 that I won best Bowie
 
David, congratulations on the award, what a stunning knife. Thank's for sharing your images. I enjoyed the show, myself and am looking forward to next year's show. The number of wonderful knives seem to get bigger each year.
