This is a collaboration knife. Clint Chisan did the blade, I did the handle.

Fun lil' project.

1084 & 15N20 - blade & guard
Copper fittings
Stabilized Chechen Burl spacer
Stabilized Curly Maple

Blade = 8.5"
Handle = 5.75" including guard


Balance is 1/2" in front of the guard.

Hey Dan, long time no speak! That is a pretty cool handle ya put on that bad boy! Very cool. Send me a few more pics, if ya got 'em. I've been sans serious blade making for to long, and I've got a craving to see something I had a part in, that dare I say, looks damb good!

I just love these sneak previews. :) That's a real nice looking knife - you both should be proud of this one. Neat damascus pattern too.

Course, that may be that I sprung it on him rather shockingly.....:o

...and he was carrying at least a half-dozen more impressive bowies....including a long-awaited Fisk knife. :eek:

Sorry, but I WAS sort of in shock from the bowie Jerry Fisk delivered(pics to come later). I did like your knife, though. :)
