Here's one without any frills. Its a "Feather-III" my 3inch small game hunters. I made an identical one like this for a friend recently - the first semiskinner pattern I've done on such a small knife.

Specs - 7inch OAL, 3inch blade, simple machine satin, easy enough to hand rub out or bead blast, flat ground, very thin edge, the spine is ridged for thumb purchase and the front end is completely rounded and polished to glide through the material being cut. Steel - 440C Hitachi Stainless, cryo, triple temper, 59HRC. Full tapered tang, black - olive linen Micarta, bead blasted. This one was sitting in my workshop unfinished for a while - so here it is now... Thanks for looking and any comments appreciated. Jason.

That knife is great in it's simplicity. I love a semi skinner blade shape.

Jason, "nothing fancy"? She's a real beauty... I love that olive linen micarta. And I agree with Danbo, the semi-skinner is a lovely blade shape. Keep up the great work!

A very classic shape to this skinner. I love that Micarta. When shaped it takes on an absolutely fantastic pattern.

Jason,
Clearly you do not need to be fancy to be perfect.
That must be the most user friendly semi-skinner I have ever seen.
GREAT JOB !!!!!!
