Small Xiphos based on a historical model. Blade 26 cm, total 39.5 cm. Cast bronze guard and pommel. Olive wood handle, antique stained with leather sheath All handmade by me.

The symmetrical shape... - yes its hard work, but with full concetration, it can be done. My result is not 100%, maybee 98%, but i am still happy with it ;-)

I'm guessing that you are the only one that knows that it is not 100%. Any thoughts of doing a full size sword in this configuration?
 
Years ago i build a two and a half hand word with scabbard ... a lot of work ;-)
