I use this gizmo often. Today I used it to punch a hole in my pup's collar. As I was putting it away, I recalled that it's a Buck. I am thinking, but don't know, that this may be the smallest Buck ever made (??).
It is stamped "Buck Knives MINIBUCK TOOL Model 350 USA"
Took the picture of it next a 110 and a West Virginia quarter for scale.
