CAN ANYONE GIVE ME AN IDEA WHAT A USED LIVESAY RTAK WITH SHEATH MIGHT BE WORTH? AND ANY OPINIONS ON THIS KNIFE. THANKS RHINO:confused:
 
If you are looking to buy one Newt has made an improved version called the LAK (Livesay Adventure Knife) which has a 12" blade.
 
How used?

Used hard, obvious wear ~$50 to $100. Little to no signs of wear ~$75 to $150.

I like the Livesay much better then the Ontario RTAK. The Livesay handles are much better. The blade is a great profile depending on your use. It also may not be appropriate. I like broad thin blades so, this one is a winner in my book.

Anybody ever take delivery of a "LAK"? With Newt's current state of affairs, I doubt I will ever get a new knife from him in a timely manner. I do hope things pick up for him as he does make a good blade at a good price.
 
i'm intersted in a couple of livesay knives, and cant get ahold of him via email (several times) or phone (once)

anybody talked to them lately??
