Livesay tactical folder

I've heard rumors from more than one source about a folder soon to be made by Newt Livesay, and I saw a post confirming this on his forum. He says that it will use a new lock mechanism. Does anyone know what type of lock this knife will use, or any other details about it? He also said that it would be under 100 dollars. Any information would be great. Conjecture and wild rumors are welcome :-)

He also stated that he was going to use D2 steel and that it would be available in June/ July. He is also working on some balisongs. I am anxious to see them, but so far he hasn't posted any pics.
