Hi Jim,
If you look on the inside of the cover of the December 1998 issue of Blade, there is a Shepherd Hills ad with the Lizardskins in it. For the most part, the bone scales are green with brownish highlights. Ever seen an iguana? Color scheme of the bone is quite similar.
