Has anyone ever send their LM to the factory just to have it adjusted?
On my Charge:
Scissor piviot is too loose and there was a huge burr/machining error on it. I took it down a bit with the Sharpmaker stones, but you can still feel it if you cut something.
Something's wrong with the lock on one of the sides for the inside tools. If you depress the lock, the lever will not go back down all the way. But if you push on the wrong side of the lever it will go down.
At the junkyard one day I noticed that the wirecutters weren't working. The wires just binded between the jaws. And of course when you try to open it the handles close..
The handles also rubs near the pivot of the pliers, leaving scratches.
So you think if I send it back they would help me out? What is the usual turn-around time like?
This is pretty depressing, this is my second Charge, and my first was perfect.
