LM Wave on Discovery's "MythBusters"

The other forums on Bladeforums always seem to have 'sightings' threads ("Buck 110 on LOST!" "Spyderco Delica on NAVY CIS!"), so I thought I'd start a multiool sighting thread...

Tonights episode of MYTHBUSTERS on The Discovery Channel showed the beautiful Kari Byron, one of the Mythbusters, using the serrated blade on a Leatherman Wave (couldn't tell if it was new or old Wave) to carve and shape a hunk of ice. The Mythbusters were checking the validity of the 'legend' that shaping a hunk of ice into a convex lense would allow one to start fire by focusing a beam of sunlight, magnifying-glass-scorching-ants style.

I also note Jamie, the big moustache guy on the show, has frequently used (and always carries on his belt) a SOG multitool.
 
I saw a full size Victorinox SwissTool being used on the Survivorman television show yesterday on the Discovery channel.

The main character uses a multitool or Swiss Army knife on each show, but I usually cannot tell which brand/model.
 
Good eyes MG Saldivar-Kari Byron is smokin hot and she's smart and talented working with her hands. My dream woman right there. I don't care too much for her new hair dye job, I LOVE her as a redhead. I think she is into (fantasy) knives because on the episode with the balloons lifting the small girl she had some kind of "Wolverine" claw setup she used to pop the balloons.
 
Jamie, the big moustached guy, has also been seen using a Gerber Recoil. Adam has a leatherman wave on his belt. I believe an old style one. An an interview for Popular Mechanics he's mentioned he always has one on him and that he made a kydex quick draw sheath

I love MythBusters... its my favorite TV show. I've seen Adam using a Wave (or something that looked alot like it) quite a few times on MythBusters but never thought to mention it here (plus I only caught glimpses of it and wasn't sure if I was right). I think I seen him using the serrated blade from the Wave on the poppy seed cake in the episode on whether or not poppy seeds would make you test positvie for drugs (the results were surprising :eek:).
