LM Wingman, Sidekick and Rebar

This is really not much of a review, but a sharing of my likes and dislikes with the tools as well as what improvements I believe can be made.

The Rebar
How can we not love it. It's retro. It's got all the tools of the big brothers (Super Tool Series and Core) in a smaller package. No dislikes. As a whole it's got everything I need. What I want: a retro leather sheath from the factory made with the older, thick leather they used to have and a pocket clip option like the Kick.

The Wingman and Sidekick
In my opinion, these are two tools that should have been one. The serrated blade on the Sidekick. Get rid of it and put scissors in it's place. To me the serrated blade is useless. As well as the package cutter on the Wingman. The main blade is always the first tool I go for to open a package of any kind. And I'm thinking eye glass driver or awl instead of a file.

Your thoughts?
 
The package cutter is what makes the Wingman. Works much better for the intended purpose than the main blade.I'd like to see one incorporated into an SAK.
 
The file is also a key feature, use it all the time.

Might have to checkout the Rebar though

I use the file on my Rebar and Wave all the time. They are 10X better than the Wingman and Sidekick files in my opinion. What do you file with yours? I can't even file a piece of aluminum with Sidekick and Wingman.

Primarily sheet metal or aluminium and use the tip for de-burring holes. Your right the Wave's file is far better, and I'd love it if they fit one of those onto a Wingman sized tool. Does your Rebar have and provisions for a pocket clip?
 
I wish it did. I have been studying the design and I believe I can modify it with a Kick clip or a clip off my extra Wingman. I would love to have a clip on my Blast too.
