The LMS is my favorite knife! I have one of the original few uncoated models. I think the first ones had asymetrical edges. Do the new ones have a convex edge? I am comfortable with maintaining both edge types.

My LMS is my first Busse. I thought it had the Assymetrical Edge. There is certainly a noticable difference from one side to the other but I can't really tell if one edge is convex by looking.

Well if there is a difference from one side of the edge to the other and the point appears to be a little off center. It is an asymetrical model. Great knife!

Notice I said "appears" because the point is centered, it just has more metal on one side of the edge. Once again great knife!!

The MS and its realtives (LMS, DWMS, and MS variants) are my favorite Busse knives because I use them for daily personal carry. Even though I own and love a BM and a couple of SHs, It the MSs that go everywhere with me!
