this is a new variant that i finished up today. it is from W2 steel and it wears a multi-layered acid etched finish. it is just short of 8" long with a 3.75" cutting edge. this should make a great little carry blade. the scales are coyote tan G10 with steel tubes. all the edges are aggressively textured for a secure grip in any position. you can tell fall has arrived in the deep south. i think my color schemes are starting to look like the falling leaves on the old farm.
