Local Knife ordinances in SC

Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the local knife ordinances in SC. I see that the statewide law is very good but there is no preemption so a lot of cities have pretty restrictive ordinances.

There is no such website, and even if there were, I wouldn't trust it. Similar to such third-party sites that summarize state laws, such a site could be unreliable. The best bet is to go the county or city government websites of interest and look up "municipal codes" or "ordinances" or "county/city code," as these are primary sources with the most up to date information. Nearly all of them have a search feature as well to make finding statutes easier. Note also that the vast majority will have no knife laws on the books anyway, simply because they are not very common except in very large urban centers.

Thanks glistam a perfectly acceptable answer.
Let me be more specific, what I'm most interested in is Myrtle Beach and the surrounding county.

Now that I can work with.

Myrtle Beach Code of Ordinances Article VI deals with weapons in general:

There is a vague prohibition on the open and visible carry of "deadly weapons" in public. Deadly weapons are vaguely defined as "any device or object designed, made or adapted to be used for the purpose of inflicting bodily injury or death." The concealed weapon statue, however, exempts knives, making concealed carry legal.

Horry County has no knife laws, though it does have some strangely specific regulation of laser pointers, classing them as "weapons" under certain circumstances:

Thanks very much I'll look through all of this, really appreciated. Had thought I'd be there for about 4 days but now it's looking like 2+ weeks.

Edit: OK read it and it looks like I'm good to go. Just love how these things are written however, (not just in SC, but everywhere) for example:

"It shall be unlawful to carry any deadly weapon concealed about one's person in public places; provided however, it is not carrying a concealed weapon if the weapon is a concealed rifle, shotgun, dirk, slingshot, metal knuckles, a knife or a razor, unless they are used with an intent to commit a crime or in furtherance of a crime. (See S.C. Code § 16-23-460.) "

I'm reading that as saying it's unlawful to carry a concealed weapon, however, a knife in this case in not a weapon unless it is used to commit a crime?

That was my interpretation as well, but yes that is a very awkwardly-worded sentence. I don't know where the legislators studied English.
